The European Union has warned its 450 million citizens to prepare for a possible World War-like scenario, urging them to stockpile food, water, and essentials for at least 72 hours. This comes after Russia launched a missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy, killing dozens.
NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte warned that Russia could launch another major European attack by 2030, emphasizing NATO's readiness to respond with full force if any member is attacked.
Russia also fired cruise missiles from a submarine in the Sea of Japan, targeting land and naval sites. Meanwhile, Ukraine accused Russia of spreading threats and manipulation, as ceasefire negotiations continued.

US Pending Home Sales Edge Up in February But Remain Near Record Lows
U.S. pending home sales rose 2.0% in February, slightly above expectations, but remain near record lows, down 7.2% year-over-year.
